The BICARmed® SAFE CLEANBOX is a cutting edge closed-cabin system that revolutionizes the pre-cleaning of reusable surgical devices.

The key to the BICARmed® SAFE CLEANBOX system is SAFEKlinic®, a sodium bicarbonate compound whose custom granulometry penetrates crevices less than 100μ, allowing thorough cleaning of even the most complex surgical devices. SAFEKlinic® is non-corrosive, water soluble, biodegradable and 100% non-toxic.

Inside the cabin, water enriched with calibrated particles of SAFEKlinic® is combined with pressurized air to efficienctly and precisely remove contaminants and BioBurden from even the most geometrically complex surfaces, producing a result comparable to high-precision mechanical brushing, but with no abrasion, which significantly increases the effectiveness of the entire reprocessing cycle.

After placing the device inside the BICARmed® SAFE CLEANBOX, the technician uses the foot pedals, touchscreen, no-contact cut-resistant gloves and interior handpieces to clean the device with efficiency and precision while remaining distanced from potentially dangerous contaminants. Interior handpieces are removable to allow cleaning of large or bulky items.

Technicians safely handle instruments with no-contact cut-resistant gloves while operating the pressurized handpieces with foot-pedal controls. A large front window with built-in magnifying glass allows visual confirmation.
