LeakControl
THE LEAKCONTROL is a wet leak testing system that automates pressurization according to scope size. Visual leak checks are dependent upon accurately pressurizing the scope. Incorrect pressurization may not allow visualization of small leaks, which may lead to cross contamination and costly scope repairs. Torvan Medical understands the vital importance of leak testing prior to endoscope reprocessing. LeakControl is a system designed to resolve some of the shortcomings of manual procedures.

In auto-detect mode, LeakControl distinguishes between larger scopes (such as colonoscopes) and smaller (such as bronchoscopes) and adjusts the duration of the leak test accordingly.
This ensures that every scope is properly tested, regardless of size.

When LeakControl is paired with EndoscopeManager, it can measure the internal pressures of your scopes over time. Changes in pressure in the same scope can indicate a change in the internal integrity of the scope.
